I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a fantastic location just a short walk from Westlake and adjacent to the Kerry Centre shopping mall. The spacious rooms were quite comfortable, although I wished for a bit more luxury in the bathroom. The service was impressive, especially thanks to a few standout staff members. On the downside, the executive lounge experience could use some improvement, and the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, it's a great choice for those looking for comfort and convenience in Hangzhou.

My stay at the Midtown Shangri-la Hangzhou was simply fantastic! The hotel has a great location next to West Lake and a wonderful shopping mall, which made everything very accessible. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, though I did find some smoke odors lingering in certain areas. The service was outstanding, and the food options were plentiful, but I felt there could be more variety. Overall, it was an excellent experience and great value for the luxury offered!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! It's conveniently located just a short walk from West Lake, making it ideal for leisure and relaxation.
